Trisha: Khatta Meetha is as good as it gets

One can well expect Trisha to deliver in her debut Bollywood outing Khatta Meetha. After all she is not quite a newbie in the industry and already has close to 35 films to her credit in South India. In the industry for more than 7 years now, she has seen quite a lot and is pretty much established. Can one safely assume that with Khatta Meetha being her newest release, she is in the best phase of her career?

"I won't say that it is the best phase of my career but this is the most exciting phase for sure", she says after a brief pause, "In my career so far, I have had number of good phases. This is an extension of that and in Khatta Meetha I am looking forward to more audience acceptance and appreciation coming in." "Actually, I am also quite keen to see that how do people from South react to Khatta Meetha because they can be expected to observe my performance in a far closer way. I have put 110% in Khatta Meetha and can't wait for the film releases", she says.
